- Stand up and sit down
- Step forward and step back
- Bend down and look up
- Raise your hand and put it down
- Inhale and exhale
- Lie down and relax
- Pull in and push out from slow to fact
- lie down on the floor and raise your legs up.
- Bring your leg up and down 5 time.
- Spread your arms wide.
2. Instruction for the exercises:
2.1 Exercises for shoulder pain:
Across the chest stretch:
- Bring your right arm across your chest.
- Place it in the crease of your left elbow or use your left hand to support your arm.
- Hold this position for up to 1 minute.
- Repeat on the opposite side.
- Do each side 3 to 5 time.
2.2 Neck release:
- Lower your chin toward your chest. You’ll feel a stretch along the back of your neck.
- Gently tilt your head to the left to stretch your right shoulder.
- Hold this position for up to 1 minute.
- Repeat on the opposite side.
- Do each side 3 to 5 time.
To deepen this tretch:
- Place 1 hand on shoulder and 1 hand above your ear to gently guide the movement.
- Lower your chin toward your chest, You’ll feel a stretch along the back or your neck.
- Gently tilt your head to the left to stretch your right shoulder.
- Hold this position for up to 1 minute.
- Repeat on the opposite side.
- Do each side 3 to 5 time.
2.3 Chest expansion:
- While standing, hold an exercise band, strap or towel behind your back with both hands.
- Broaden across your chest as your move your shoulder blades toward each other.
- Lift your chịn and look up toward the ceiling.
- Hold for up to 30 seconds.
- Repeat 3 to 5 time.
2.4 Eagle arms spinal rolls:
- While seated, extend your arms out to the sides.
- Cross your elbow on front of your body with your right arm on top.
- Bend your elbows, placing the backs of your forearms and hand together.
- Reach your right hand around to bring your palms together.
- Hold this position for 15 seconds.
- On an exhale, roll your spine as your draw your elbows in toward your chest.
- On an in hale, open your chest and lift your arms.
- Continue this movement for 1 minute.
- Repeat on the opposite side.
2.5 Seated twist:
- Sit on the chair with your ankles directly under your knees.
- Twist your upper body to the right, bringing the back of your left hand to your thigh.
- Place your right hand to wherever it’s comfortable.
- Hold this position for up to 30 seconds.
- Repeat on the left side.
- Do each side 3 to 5 time.
